1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777ch platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 777ch platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method, net of any fraudulent bonus claims.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on 777ch. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. 777ch is not liable for any consequences arising from false or outdated information provided by a player.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 777ch immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 777ch will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions

Players are personally responsible for ensuring that their use of 777ch complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 777ch makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular location. Certain jurisdictions may be restricted at the platform level; if access from your location is blocked, you must not use technical means to circumvent that restriction.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 777ch requires satisfactory completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within three months);

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on 777ch are processed in PKR. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 777ch does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the account cashier. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and the player's VIP tier; priority processing is available to Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier players.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An account with a positive balance that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 777ch may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee as disclosed in the cashier. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional offers available on 777ch are subject to individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all 777ch promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 777ch platform are governed by the individual rules of each game, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game you are playing. The following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All game outcomes on 777ch are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer dealing procedures, as applicable. 777ch does not manipulate outcomes.
• In the event of a system malfunction or technical error that affects the result of a game round, 777ch reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account balance.
• It is the player's responsibility to ensure they have sufficient real-money balance before placing a wager. Wagers placed with insufficient funds are void.
• Sports betting wagers placed on the 777ch sportsbook are governed by the sportsbook rules displayed at the time of bet placement, including rules on settlement, postponed events, and void bets.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ch platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances without appeal:

• Creating more than one account on 777ch;
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game format;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or money laundering;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a deposit after playing with deposited funds;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or organised fraud against 777ch's sportsbook.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ch platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is the property of 777ch or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any 777ch content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ch and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 777ch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777ch's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

777ch is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, applicable local laws, or your own responsible gaming obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

777ch is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 777ch account. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits – Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period across all 777ch products.
• Session Time Limits – Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when your session approaches the limit.
• Reality Check Reminders – Periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net account activity.
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently or temporarily suspend your 777ch account. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed before the elected period expires. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are suppressed.

777ch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that 777ch determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties. In cases of confirmed fraud, funds in the account are subject to forfeiture.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ch is incorporated and licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute between you and 777ch arising from your use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via 777ch's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts or dispute resolution body in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.

14. Amendments

777ch reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 777ch platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
